The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, October 2 reveals Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will lie to his family and Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen).
Also coming up, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will tell Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) what she thinks of her. Plus, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will ask Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) if he can attend her wedding. And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will lean on Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria will have a nightmare that her father came to her secret rendezvous place with Kyle. She’ll dream that he’s shouting and her that he and her mother are ashamed of her. Kyle will arrive, hear her moaning in her sleep, and ask if she’s okay, as she wakes up. Victoria will push him away as he touches her arm.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sally’s Okay With Adam Attending Her Wedding
Kyle will be surprised to learn she’s been there since the night before. “This was a huge mistake,” Victoria will tell him and say she needs to go. “Are you mad at me for being here?” Kyle will ask. So, she’ll confide in him about what’s going on with Nick and say she feels like she’s losing him. And Kyle will comfort her.
At the GCAC restaurant, Chelsea will tell Adam she wishes he’d woken her up last night. She’ll admit she too is worried about Nick. He’ll say he’s more concerned about his brother seeking revenge. He’ll tell Chelsea he needs to head back to the ranch but he’ll run into Sally in the lobby.
The baby will kick as they talk and she’ll put his hand on her stomach. “You feel that?” Sally will ask and Adam’s eyes will widen. Then she’ll ask if he’s coming as Chelsea’s date to the wedding. “As long as it doesn’t add to your stress in any way,” Adam will reply. “It means a lot that you’re okay with me coming.” Sally will see Chelsea and join her, as Adam leaves.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will arrive, just as she hears Chelsea saying she has a brilliant idea for the bachelorette party. Sally will get a call from her party planner and Chelsea will tell Audra she wasn’t trying to step on her toes. Audra will say she should come to her directly, as Sally has a lot on her plate.
“What is it that you have against me?” Chelsea will ask. Audra will say if she doesn’t know the answer to that, she doesn’t deserve to be Sally’s friend. “What I’m hearing is jealousy,” Chelsea will reply. Audra will point out she was there for Sally when she was crying over Adam. Chelsea will say she regrets what happened.
Audra will tell her she’ll be nice to her in front of Sally, but that’s it. Sally will return to the table and Audra will say Chelsea has a suggestion. “I was thinking we could make you a custom clutch that has Bride embroidered on it,” she’ll say. Sally will say she loves it and is glad they’re getting along.
Young And The Restless Scoop – A Relieved Nikki Will Embrace Her Son
Meanwhile, Nick will walk into the ranch, and a relieved Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will embrace him. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will walk in the room and ask if he’s clean. Nick will say yes. Adam will arrive and ask his brother if he talked to the cops yet.
He’ll add he saw Burrow (Matt Cohen) and the cops need to ask him a few questions. They’ll ask Nick what’s going on. But he won’t say anything. Then Victor will get a call. “The police are at the gate,” he’ll say. “What were you up to last night?”
Nick will tell them he decided to make a buy so he could set up a meeting with the dealer. “I called Burrow to give him a heads up so he could be there.” But unfortunately, things got a little heated. And Nick will show them his bruised hand. He’ll say Joe (Chris Winchell) got squirrely and took off before the cops got there.
Finally, Nick will call Burrow and they’ll meet up at Crimson Lights. He’ll tell the cop exactly what he told his family and he’ll be dubious. “Don’t take matters into your own hands Nick, if you haven’t already,” Burrow will say, looking down at his bruised hand.
Nick will tell Burrow it’s up to him and his team to find Joe and arrest him. Then he’ll flash back to beating Joe in an alley by a loading dock. As his fist connected with Joe’s face, the drug dealer went flying to the ground and passed out on the pavement. But did Nick actually kill him? Stay tuned!
